Future Montecito Custom Home
This new two-story custom home on a hillside lot, currently in planning approval, will be a Sorrell design in the Italian Tuscan Villa architectural style. The home will include
a guest house, finished basement, garage, loggias and pool, and over 12,000
square feet of living space. The home will capitalize on commanding
ocean views, and will include architectural features such as reclaimed
beams, period fireplaces, a groin vaulted gallery and many custom
finishes and unique detailing. Stonemark is currently performing
preconstruction services to assist in proper planning and provide early
feedback on budget and site work challenges.
