We bring our extensive management expertise to engineering, design, bidding, exterior renovations and problem building analysis & repairs, re-pipe and plaza deck work, building settlement & slope repairs, water infiltration and hazardous materials remediation. Working on a fixed fee basis, we provide comprehensive oversight and accountability for each project, collaborating with HOA boards to foster consensus and develop a precise scope of work needed to achieve collective goals.
