Stonemark managed the 1,500 sq. ft. addition and renovation for this existing home in the exclusive Santa Barbara enclave of Hope Ranch.  Designed by Montecito Architect Chris Dentzel, contemporary finishes and unusual use of materials and color were central to creating a unique environment.  The home features many custom design elements including steel windows and exterior doors, custom fireplaces, a modern lighting design complete with state of the art home electronics system, and floating open stairs to the lower level.  Large windows in every room maximize commanding ocean views.  As project managers, Stonemark's expertise improved quality and increased the Owner’s control over their general contractor and his process.
