Stonemark managed extensive renovations to this existing 14,000 sq. ft. custom home.  Designed in a modern style with clean architectural lines, this home features lots of glass and an extensive outdoor deck system with panoramic ocean views.  Stonemark managed the investigation of existing water infiltration issues, design and construction of the renovations and implemented the design with specialty contractors.  This resulted in a total solution to existing challenges.
