Interior finishes will include reclaimed 200 year-old beams, wood ceilings, new fireplaces and tile and wood flooring. Stonemark worked with the building department to allow total demolition of the existing small ranch-style home to accelerate the construction process and improve quality. As construction managers, Stonemark is managing the project directly, with out a GC, and is also coordinating architecture, engineering, inteiror design and landscape design during constructin.
