This community desired to renovate their church to be the first in Santa Barbara to the principles of Vatican II. However the church suffered from water intrusion which needed to be addressed first. After completing a detailed investigation, Stonemark value-engineered a creative solution for failing 75-year old stained glass windows, at a fraction of the presumed replacement cost. Stonemark managed all contractors and furniture & equipment procurement to complete the project within budget.
I’ve worked with Stonemark on numerous projects. Their skillful management of the budget, schedule and contract negotiations frees me from those headaches.
