Stonemark performed an initial assessment which formed the framework for master planning. Cost estimating, budgeting & value engineering exercises allowed the Church to determine the right scope of work for the project. Stonemark led the preconstruction & construction activities and coordinated the engineering & specialty furniture procurement.
I’ve worked with Stonemark on numerous projects. Their skillful management of the budget, schedule and contract negotiations frees me from those headaches.
