Stonemark performed a detailed Assessment Phase for this 309-unit Asssociation on the beach in Port Hueneme. Issues included investigation and analysis of exterior conditions, prototype unit repairs, metallurgical laboratory testing of piping samples and budgeting and cost benefit analysis of options. We are currently managing a complete piping replacement/ recoating combination, elevator modernization and water infiltration and building envelope repair project.
